Terms and Conditions

General Information:

All manufacturers, names, symbols and descriptions are used for viewer reference needs only, and it is not implied that any parts or components are original products of the manufacturer.

All parts are aftermarket products and covered by limited warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product, Rubber Supply Company (the company) offers no warranty expressed or implied. In no case does the warranty offered to include any value or cost other than the invoiced cost of the part.

Shipping:

Shipments are made using commercial freight carriers. Rubber Supply Company's policy is to ship orders received by 2:00 PM the same day that the orders are received. This may not be possible in all cases due to unforseen or uncontrollable circumstances.

Shipments to residential, jobsite or remote locations may incur extra charges for re-delivery, driver wait time or tailgate lift service. Please call to discuss delivery issues if your Ship-To location does not regularly accommodate tractors pulling 40' or 53' trailers. We can make arrangements to ship to a local freight terminal for pickup or ship to another commercial location.

Product Returns:

For all returns call Customer Service at Rubber Supply Company, (877)857-2585,  to request a Return Authorization Number and ask for assistance to return the product in an economical manner and discuss any restocking fees which may be applied to credits or refunds.

Products may be returned by the Customer with freight charges paid by the Customer so long as Rubber Supply Company has issued a Return Authorization Number. Call Rubber Supply Company for notification of a return and the company may be able to assist by issuing a pre-paid Bill of Lading for the return which may lower the freight cost for the Customer.

If a product was shipped due to error by Rubber Supply Company, the company will issue a Bill of Lading for prepaid freight return. For other issues which may cause a Customer to return products call (877)857-2585 for assistance.

Restocking fees will be applied to all product returns without a Return Authorization Number issued by Rubber Supply Company and/or for returns for which no error was made by Rubber Supply Company relating to the shipment.

Restocking fees are equal to 15% of the purchase price of the product returned and will reduce the amount of credit or refund issued.

Products returned must be in undamaged, like new and in re-sellable condition. If the product is worn or damaged the company will reduce the credit allowed for the return by an amount the Company deems necessary to offer as sellable the damaged or worn returned product to sell it within 90 days.

 

Credits or Refunds:

A customer may accept a credit to his account or request a refund for net proceeds of returns. Refunds will be given in the same manner as payment for products was received.  Credits or Refunds will be issued within 7 days of the Company's receipt of a returned product.
